Total Life Changes Resolution Weight Loss DropsTotal Life Changes Resolution, a brand new game changer in natural weight loss, has been released!

The Resolution weight loss drops, takes cravings away. These drops flush fats and toxins from your system and keeps food cravings away all day. Preliminary tests have shown dramatic weight loss using a flexible 1200-Calorie Diet Plan.

Unlike the cycles of HCG drops, which recommend little to no cardiovascular exercise or weight lifting, Resolution drops, and a two-stage program, allows for regular cardio workouts, and weight training that will not interfere with weight loss results.

The Total Life Changes Resolution is a perfect choice for drastic weight loss in just 23 days. The two stages of the program are derived from current studies and research conducted within diet plans when using an intense weight loss supplement.

The recommended daily 1200-Calorie Diet Plan allows for a (200) calorie breakfast, (400) calorie lunch & dinner and two (100) calorie snacks throughout the day.

Resolution is derived from certified-grade raw materials (the very purest materials available), processed according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and made in the U.S.A.

I have been taking the isao tea for 3 days today. I have not had any detox symptoms! Is this normal? Also I have been urinating a lot. When will I start to feel the detox effects? I did weigh myself today and I only lost 9oz..

Hi Paris, I’m not sure what detox “symptoms” you are referring to, be urinating more frequently is a good sign your body is being cleansed, and releasing toxins. It’s important to remember this is a natural detox (not a laxative), so the tea has to work through your system. It’s only been 3 days, keep sipping and be sure to drink plenty of water too!

Can I eat my normal regular meals while taking resolution drops and still expect weight loss? Regular meals like rice, fish, potatoes, beans, chicken, bread, milk, snacks…I mean the regular things.

Another question I have is can I be taking the iaso tea alongside resolution drops or should I leave one for the other?

LaTonya, the drops should last at least 30 days (actually more). You should be using only 10 drops 3x per day. Fill the dropper and stand in front of a mirror if you must to count and make sure you aren’t going overboard.

Berry, this is a personal blog so people are not obligated to share their results here. However, if you do a google search on “Resolution Drops Results”, you will see images of people sharing their personal testimonies. It’s also very common for people to hit a plateau during weight loss, this article offers some tips. We also have a Facebook group with well over 15,000 members with tons of success stories. Obviously, we don’t guarantee your results because it’s based on your efforts and commitment to following the plan, but yes…it can help you. My best suggestion is you try it for yourself. Then you can get access to our group and have all the support and tips you need to reach your goal!

If you know you are going to drink, my suggestion is to not take the drops at least 24hrs before your festivities!

Don’t give up. You are embarking on a new journey, and every one is different. It’s not about a quick fix, it’s a process so please don’t judge your results based on others. Just follow the protocol and focus on eating right and making lifestyle changes. Some people just take a little longer to get things going. Be sure you are eating enough food and reading labels. There is a lot of hidden sugar. Plus, you are just getting started…don’t give up on improving your health.

The Resolution drops are not recommended for children. How much weight you lose and how quickly depends on your body. Some people can lose 30 pounds in less than a month, others it takes longer.

You have to be REALLY mindful of what you are eating, and if you are working out daily you have to consume more calories. Stick to at least 1200 calories. Absolutely no foods that contain sugar, flour, are fried or chocolate. Make sure you are drinking lots of water.

It’s your choice whichever product you want to choose, each will help you lose the weight you want. The difference is the meal plans. If you do switch from HCG to Resolution, you will need to wait at least a full 72hrs.

The best way is to continue eating the way you were on the Resolution. You can also use Resolution as a maintenance product. For instance, if you were to attend a family gathering or dine out where you know you are going to eat a lot, or high calorie/fatty foods, you can take the Resolution 30 minutes before to help curb your appetite.

Hi Sharon! Fresh fruit and vegetables and lean meats are fine as well as fish on the Resolution. Starchy, fried foods and chocolate you must avoid. Things like rice, pasta, breads, etc. Healthy grains are okay and healthy fats in moderation, things like avocado, nuts, coconut, etc. I hope this helps.

Not going over cals or eating things that I shouldn’t. Would eating the same meal everyday, all day affect my actual weight loss? There has been a slow reduction in loss if inches as well.
I have been exercising also. Hmmm…..trying to figure out the culprit.

Thanks for acknowledging my efforts! 🙂

Some people have noticed that they stalled while eating the same foods daily. That could be a part of the reason. Try switching up a bit. Limit red meat as much as possible (lean meats are fine). Also, the days you exercise…be sure you are replacing the calories you burn. I’m sure you are, but make sure you are drinking plenty of water. You can also try increasing from 10 drops to 15 drops. Another solution that works for most people when they plateau, is doing an apple day. Eat six apples while still taking the drops for one day. It seems to help re-jumpstart the digestive system and weight loss. Hope this helps some! One other thing…check labels for any hidden sugars or flour.

Thanks for the tip about ezekiel bread. I bought almond butter and sweetened it with Stevia. Wow!!! taste great. Only use a table spoon or two at a time.

Hi Chinny! It’s important to make sure you are eating as close to 1200 calories per day as possible. Even if you aren’t hungry. When you don’t consume enough, your body will hold onto fat and you will not lose. Also, make sure you are reading labels for hidden sugars and products with flour.

If you skip drops, it may slow your progress. You don’t have to follow the meal plan exactly, it’s just a sample to follow as long as you avoid flour, sugar, fried foods and chocolate. The drops you should be taking 10 drops three times a day. You hold them under the tongue for 15 seconds before swallowing. Before meals is best to take them.

Boiled Turkey Necks aren’t on the list, but I’ve been eating them since while on the drops. Is that ok? I also noticed that we’re supposed to eat egg whites, so what about boiled eggs with the yolk left inside?

All three compliment each other. The NRG helps burn fat and will enhance your results while on Resolution. The Life Drops will help increase your energy while on Resolution. Yes, all three can be taken together. Lean meats are best, so if the boiled turkey necks are lean/low fat that is fine. Egg whites are a better choice, but you can have boiled eggs on Resolution.

What would be your opinion on this…. Let’s say I eat something I’m not supposed to while on the Resolution Drops, do you think I will be ok if I take the Slim PM at bedtime? Also would like to know if anyone has used the Slim PM and got good results. If so, then please share what/how you did it because it’s one of the most expensive weight loss products at TLC and I’ve drunk it cold and hot/warm on several occasions while laying down relaxed right before closing my eyes and really don’t think I experience much results except good rest(no weight loss).

I know that you are supposed to stay away from flour, sugar, fried foods or chocolate while using this product. Can you have whole wheat toast with eggs every now and then?

Yes, as long as there isn’t any sugar or other ingredients not approved for Resolution.

Don’t know of any creamers without sugar, but you can use raw honey, stevia or coconut oil for flavor.

In moderation Melissa. You can eat a lot of things, just read labels and be sure you are not consuming any flour, sugars, fried foods or chocolate. Organic foods are best, eliminate processed foods and stick to lean meats, veggies, fruits and healthy fats!
