Have you heard that Total Life Changes Resolution is a perfect choice for drastic weight loss in just 23 days? Do you want to learn more or start your natural weight loss journey with Resolution?

If you have made your purchase (or considering), and looking for the Resolution Meal Plan…you’re in the right place!

Here is more information to help you have great success with:

Total Life Changes - Resolution Meal Plan
RESOLUTION is not only a weight loss product:

  • It’s a natural energy product.
  • It’s appetite suppressant.
  • It’s a maintenance product.

But most of all its like having a Coach in a bottle that you carry with you everywhere, for the moments in life that you need it.

It will also Re-program:

  • Metabolism like new
  • Your glands like new
  • Locks fat reserves so your chance of a rebounding is minimum

With RESOLUTION all you have to do is EAT HEALTHY (NO REAL DIET RESTRICTION )

Total Life Changes - Resolution Eating Plan
You must count your calories…

Eat 750-1200 a day

The closer you stay to 760 calories the more you will lose. You can lose 1-3 LBS a day, on Resolution.

If you eat the foods you are not supposed to eat, you will get a sensation of dizziness and/or nauseousness. And if you do not stop eating the restricted foods it can cause you to vomit. (It will feel just like morning sickness)

Restricted 4 food categories are:

1) Foods with sugar added. No exceptions. (You may try natural sweeteners like 100% Stevia, and 100% honey)

WARNING: natural juices and many foods purchased in supermarkets have sugar added! Look at ingredients.

2) Foods made with Flour, NO exceptions. Bread, tortillas, even pastas, etc…and yes, even wheat bread

3) All fried foods. Cooked canola and/or lard

4) NO CHOCOLATE!!! Period

Go against this list of four things and you will provoke feeling nauseous and or vomiting. Your body will start to repulse against foods that cause it to feel bad. Your body will naturally reprogram itself to not crave for those foods.

After you are off the resolution…

You may not be able to eat those items right away. It may take up to a week to get Resolution out of your system. After a week you may eat those items, and you will be okay. You will discover that your body will taste everything fantastic…but naturally, will not binge eat on those items, and in most cases, your body will not even want those items anymore. However, you can eat them and you will be okay.

Using RESOLUTION as a maintenance product

If you are at your ideal weight, but know you have a weakness for some foods; pizza, chocolate, ice cream, cookies, etc., you can take 5-10 drops 30 minutes prior to a party, outing etc…

This will prevent you from losing control, and you can use it when you feel weakness with foods.

Tamyka, I’ve been drinking Iaso tea since March, 4, 2014. In one month I’ve only lost a total of 5 pounds. I work weekends so I weigh only on Friday night at work. One week the scale showed I actually GAINED 2.3 pounds in 1 day. What can I do differently to maximize the benefits of my tea.

      Hi Sherryl,

The tea is a DETOX, not a weight loss product. Yes, you can lose weight drinking the tea because it will rid your body of waste. Some people lose a lot, some people lose a little. It just all depends on your body. To maximize the benefits of the tea, adding apples to your diet can help. Also, increase your water intake to help flush out the toxins. Strive toward a lifestyle change, eating healthy and exercise, even if it is a 15-30 minute walk. Small changes can make a difference. If weight loss is your main goal, adding Nutraburst (liquid vitamin), and NRG (burns fat and curbs appetite) can work well. The Resolution is another product for weight loss.

It’s very important to stick with the plan. Eat 1200 calories daily and eliminate sugar, flour, fried foods and chocolate from your diet. This is how you can achieve the best results.

Oh wow, definitely don’t want to do that. Just squeeze as much liquid in the dropper, than drop 10 droplets under the tongue. It doesn’t have to fill all the way up.

I was concerned about my choices but know seeing your list I am more excited about the options. This list looks more like the clean way of eating that I have been trying to incorporate in diet. Chyna, you can do either the Resolution drops, OR HCG drops…not both at the same time. If you take the HCG, it is NOT recommended you take NRG, since they can burn up to 300 calories. You can do the Resolution, tea and NRG. Or, you can do HCG and tea.

Hi Maxine, yes there is shipping to the UK for most products. Both the HCG and Resolution are great for weight loss. The biggest difference is that the HCG has a very strict, 500 calorie diet and his hormone based. The Resolution has a 1200 calorie diet and is best for people who aren’t able to stick to a 500 calorie diet, or who want to exercise while on the drops.

You should stay within 760-1200. Some people have a hard to seeing weight loss because they are not eating enough, so the body thinks it’s starving and stores fat. You can do 760 but if no weight loss, increase your calorie intake.

You can eat fruit, vegetables, lean meats and healthy fats (things like nuts, salmon, coconut oil, avocado). I hope this helps.

Hello my name is Vickey and I just started the drops and tea today but I have questions. Can you help me out? I took the drops this morning and it made me have like a rush. Should I be feeling like that? I also ordered the tea I should have lunch and dinner and snack. Do I eat first then drink or drink before I eat?

I haven’t heard of anyone having a “rush” with Resolution. If you continue to feel that way, I would recommend you stop taking it and consult with your doctor. It’s recommended you drink the tea with your meals.

Yvonne, be mindful of what you are eating. Check ingredients for hidden sugars. Some people notice inches lost before weight. Adding apples to your diet can also help jump start your digestive system as well. Give it some time and just really monitor what you are eating. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water too!

Wonderful Waski! You take the Resolution Drops 3x a day before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Put 10 drops under the tongue, 15 minutes before eating your meal.(Do not eat or drink at least 15 minutes before taking). Wait 10 seconds, swallow. Drink 2 glasses of tea a day, with a meal. The NRG you can take in the morning on an empty stomach.

If you are exercising daily, you are burning more calories. Make sure you account for that in are eating enough. Your body will hold on to fat if you aren’t eating enough. Or, you can try reducing the number of days you exercise and see if that can help.

I’ve been on Resolution for 3 weeks now. Initially i lost 10 lbs in 1 week. Since that time I have gone 2 weeks with absolutely no weight loss. As a matter of fact I have gained a few pounds. I follow the program to the “T” (no oils, flour, sugar, chocolate) and I stick to a 1200 calorie diet. I exercise (cardio) DAILY. I’ve been discouraged about my lack on results so I’ve recently started working out twice a day. I take the Resolution drops 3x a day, 15 minutes prior to my meals and I hold it under my tongue for the recommended 10-15 seconds. I also drink plenty of water. I’m also taking the tea for detox (I’ve been on the tea for about a month). Do you have any suggestions for me?

Many people hit a plateau during their weight loss journey. I suggest you join the Resolution Group on Facebook. There are a lot of resources, support and personal stories to help you. Sometimes your system needs to be restarted…there is an apple day that has helped people where they eat six apples for an entire day. You can try that, but I suggest the group for more assistance.

hi I got my resolution drops today excited to try. I do have a concern I used to do the HCG through a doctor and boy did I lose the weight, but I noticed that I lost a lot of elastic tissue on my face or should I say wrinkling and noticed it on my neck it could of been the no exercise. Is this going to happen with the resolution drops?. Of course I gained the weight back and I did do it on purpose to make my cheeks look fuller. and get my neck back as before I noticed that persons that tend to have a bit to much weight our skins looks tighter. True?

Hi Maria, everyone has different results. The difference between Resolution and HCG, is that with Resolution, you will also lose weight, but you can exercise, unlike with HCG. I highly recommend you incorporate regular exercise so that as you lose weight, you are maintaining muscle, and stay toned.

I was the same way too, Kathleen. You take the Resolution at mealtimes. It was a challenge for me as well because I was more of a snacker. However, if we want to lose weight, and be healthy, it has to start in our mind. We have to change the way we think about food, so we can start living a healthier lifestyle. For me, the Resolution Drops helped me make better food choices and kind of “forced” me to learn how to eat right.

What I love about the drops is that they took away my cravings and suppressed my appetite which helped me STOP snacking and be more conscious about what I put in my body. It got rid of my “mindless” eating. We have to take our health serious and not seek quick fixes or instant solutions, but use products that will assist us on our journey to TOTAL LIFE CHANGES.

For me, the hardest part was changing my thinking and wanting to eat even if I wasn’t hungry, but instead, out of habit. It took me over a month before I made the decision to start on Resolution because I knew I had to shop for certain foods, and get rid of the bad foods I had in the house. But, it’s totally worth it!

We have a group on Facebook I highly recommend anyone doing Resolution join. There is so much help, support and tips there! You can do it Kathleen, just take it day by day and choose to eat to nourish your body. You will feel so much better!

If you don’t eat enough, your body will store the calories thinking your body is going into starvation mode. See how you do at 760 to begin with. If your first week you don’t lose more than 5 pounds, you need to increase your calorie intake.

Hello. Okay i am kinda skeptical of taking the drops and tea and i saw many good reviews so I really want to try. But i have a big problem, I LOVE cereal especially Honey Bunches of Oats and I could eat cereal for breakfast lunch and dinner. I want to know if cereal is prohibated? Also for breakfast is sometimes yellow grits and eggs or sausage or even tuna, Lunch is either cereal or salad and grill chicken and dinner is definitely cereal. How will i know if I had eaten a 760-1200 calorie diet for the day for the drops to work?

Hi Kiki, you will have to make a choice…do you want to keep eating the cereal, or do you want to get healthy and lose weight? Yes, it’s a sacrifice but only you can determine your results. The Resolution Drops, after a few days, will start to take away your cravings for sugary and other processed foods. You can definitely have egg whites and sausage. The grits in moderation because of the carbs. You can have tuna in water, no oil or mayo. You can use the sample meal plan to make sure of your calorie intake, or count yourself. The Facebook group is a great resource I recommend for anyone on Resolution.

That’s a good question. While on Resolution we should not be consuming any alcohol because of the sugar. But if you must, I would suggest a day or two before the event. Do your best to continue to eat right while you are not on the drops so you don’t stall your weight loss.

Hello…..okay I have the tea, resolution drops and the nutraburst. I have been doing a lot of research before I get started and I just happened upon this site. I am reading here that NO sugar is allowed. On other sites I am reading that NO ADDED sugar is allowed. The ingredients in my frozen fruits and veggies all have a small amount of sugar. Anywhere from 2gms to 12 gms per serving. My question is how many gms of non added sugar is allowed because there is a small amount of sugar in everything. I normally use frozen fruits and fresh greens in my green smoothies. Even fresh fruits have sugar. So if NO sugar is allowed, does that mean absolutely NO FRUITS are allowed while taking the resolution drops? I don’t want to get sick. Thanks for your help!

Hi Tina! The Resolution is a great choice. I would also recommend the tea and Nutraburst which is our liquid vitamin. It will replenish your body with what it needs. Very important especially while on Resolution since it detoxes your body as well. If you are ready to place your order, visit my website: http://www.totallifechanges.com/2854111 click shop.

Hi tamyka I just started the drops and also the tea, I did my 2 days of just eating regularly, but when I did my regular days I missed meals which is normal for me, I usually eat 1 real meal a day and snack on things through out the day, I wonder by me eating that way, will the drops locate my fat stores? And I’m now on my 3rd day beginning w. The 1200 calorie intake, will I still lose weight ?

It’s very important to stay between 760-1200 calories while on the Resolution for the best results. You have to eat 3 meals a day so that you are eating enough, or your body could store food and you won’t lose.

If you can, choose a plain yogurt and you can add stevia or fresh fruit to flavor it. Flavored yogurts usually have added sugar.

    Hi,
Thanks for all of the information that you give. From what I can see, when using Resolution Drops, there really is no diet to follow as long as I stay away from fried foods, starches, sugar and chocolate. Is that correct? Also, I’m confused about the calorie count. I have read that it’s best to stay close to 760 and other places it’s close to 1200. Which is best?
    Thanks, in advance.

That is correct Karen. The calorie range depends on the amount of your daily exercise. Those who are more active should stay closer to 1200 calories.

Give your body some time to adjust. Some people still feel hungry the first few days to a week because there body is not used to eating differently. Make sure you are eating enough and staying close to 1200 calories.

Hello I am considering taking the resolution drops because I do need to lose weight and I have a really bad habit with snack cravings especially at night time. I guess my worst fear is the diet because it seems that it will be very expensive to buy the food to required for it and also my family at home will eat differently. I also am worried about eating the same foods everyday and feeling like I haven’t had enough to eat. Any encouraging words you can give me because right now I’m just confused as to what I want to do.

Latasha, you have to decide for yourself, and make up in your mind that your overall health is worth the changes you make. It will be challenging at first because you are going to be giving up snacks and things that you enjoy, but think about the healthy lifestyle you are learning to adopt. Resolution helps with cravings and the hardest part is making up your mind to do it! Don’t worry about all the things you have to stop doing…think more about the better quality of life you will have and being slimmer and healthier too!

Make sure you are consuming enough calories, as close to 1200 as possible. You may not be eating enough. Also, watch any hidden sugars in snack packs. Everything that says natural doesn’t always mean it’s good. Do an apple day…eating 6 apples which can help re-jump start things. Hope that helps.

Hi Tammie, you can lose 5 in 5 days with only the tea, I lost 8 pounds in my first 5 days. The tea is a detox, not a weight product and usually “waste” is what people release. For more significant weight loss, the Resolution or HCG are for that, and the NRG and Delgada assist with weight loss.

With Resolution Drops you stick to a 1200 calorie meal plan and avoid sugars, flour, fried foods and chocolate. The HCG is more restrictive at a 500 calorie meal plan. More info on loading days – click here. These 2 products are weight loss products. The NRG is an energy supplement, but also helps burn calories and curb appetite so it may assist with weight loss. The Delgada is our slimming coffee and also helps to burn fat. If significant weight loss is your primary goal, the Resolution or HCG Drops are recommended.

      Great job so far, Jane!

It’s best to wait a FULL 72 HOURS before switching. Continue to eat the 500 calorie protocol.

Then you can go ahead and follow the Resolution 750 to 1200 calories. There is no “approved food list” like with HCG. So be sure to avoid the 4 food groups

No sugar, fried foods, flour or chocolate. You can use your regular lotions and creams with Resolution.

    Hello,

I live in the Uk and i want to start the resolution drops. A couple of questions, one, if i want to conceive soon , does the oil have any negative effects as I’m extremely mindful of what goes into my body for now? I’m also a Christian and we conduct fasts from 6am-6pm, what happens then?

Secondly, i know the approved food list but i love to fried hot peppers , can i use olive oil to fry my pepper and then can i add Maggi/Knorr to garnish the sauce as that what I use to cook? If i want to go on an outing with my hubby or with freinds that involve a bit of drinks/sugar and i’m on the drops, what happens?

Lastly, if i finish a bottle and i reach my goal, is this a continued program to follow i.e will i need to keep buying and using the oil or i stop using the oil once i get through my ideal weight and then all i do is to maintain?

As the drops are a weight loss supplement, you should seek advise from your doctor regarding conceiving. There aren’t any negative effects from taking the drops that I am aware of, aside from nausea if someone were to consume any of the food groups that are to be avoided (sugar, flour, fried foods, chocolate). You may have to figure out how the Resolution plan will fit around your fasting – maintaining 760-1200 calories per day.

Alcohol should be avoided because of the sugar while on Resolution. You can use coconut oil or spray. I’m not familiar with Maggi/Knorr but just be mindful of ingredients.

You can discontinue the use of the drops when you reach your goal weight, or continue to use and assist with maintenance as needed. Hope this helps.

    Hello,

I have been using resolution drops for some time now and truth be told, I have seen great results. However, one of the ingredients (nux vomica) caught my attention and my readings around it shows that it is poisonous even in very small doses.
My worry is that it’s not indicated on the bottle the quantity of nux vomica in the drops.
Tamyka, how safe are we on resolution drops?

Patricia, honestly, I do not know the quantity either. I do know it is plant derived, but even herbal ingredients can cause some people to have reactions or side effects. I have not, nor to my knowledge, have heard of any ill side effects from anyone taking Resolution. It is always wise to consult with your physician if you have any concerns.

    HI Tamyka!

I am starting the Resolution and Tea but wanted to see if I can have cheese with my egg white omelet? Also, what about nuts? Can I have peanuts, cashews, etc? Also, it says strawberry jam. What kind do you recommend? All the ones I see have sugar. And last question, I don’t see bananas or peanut butter on the list. Are these ok too?

    Thanks so much!!

Yes you can have cheese in moderation. Nuts have lots of calories, so don’t eat them too often. I’m not sure which jam you can use but maybe you can find an all natural one at you local whole foods. Natural peanut butter and bananas or okay.

It doesn’t mean you are necessarily doing anything wrong, everyone’s body is different. If you are exercising, you definitely have to stay closer to the 1200 daily calories. There may be some hidden sugars or flour you may be consuming and not realizing. You have to make a habit of reading every label. Stick with it!

I also use these products and am going to start back with the resolution drops. My question is this. On the sample diet, there are alot of conflicting menu items based on the no flour or sugar or bread. Strawberry jam has sugar in it and even if you use sugar free it’s most likely aspertame which I thought wasn’t allowed, same with the sugar free jello and orange pops. Also it mentions zucchini bread. I’m confused???

This is day 2 of using my resolution drops. I was wondering if I could eat spaghetti sauce with ground turkey? I am no longer on FB so I don’t have access to the meal plans. Since I started my journey I also consumed an 80 calorie strawberry yogurt that had 7 grams of sugars with like 4 starwberries (this was my snack) was that okay??? I am fairly inactive so I was going to try to stay closer to the 760 calorie mark. I do plan to go to the store ASAP to buy some plain greek yogurt and some setvia. Hopefully that will be better.

    Good morning Tamyka,

I started on the resolution plan on yesterday and have tried to obtain different recipes while on the resolution plan. I wanted for sure, but I may have messed up with the breakfast….I ate 2 boiled eggs, an apple, a turkey pattie, in which I made from home, with a hand full of boiled spinach, a dab on mustard on the top and repeated the turkey pattie and spinach for dinner. Do you think this was okay? Actually, I ate another 2 boiled eggs this morning, but I am planning on eating the chicken cabbage and spinach soup I made for lunch and possible dinner. Can you please tell me where I can get recipes for the resolution diet? Thank you. Tammie

P.S. This morning, I put 2 tbsp. of mixed berries, a packet of stevia, 2 tbsp. of Apple Cider Organic Vinegar, squeezed lemon juice in a 16 ounce bottle of water.

The Almond Milk has 70 calories…..is it okay to use these milks for the protein shakes? If not, how do we prepare or is there a recipe for the right protein shakes to make with the resolution diet?

For protein shakes, I usually do fruit and veggie with the Techui which is our 100% refined spirulina powder (protein). My favorites: 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1 avocado, 1/2 cup spinach & 1 capsule of Techui. Another – 2 cups unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 cup steel cut oatmeal, 1 scoop natural peanut butter, 2 bananas, 1 capsule Techui. And – 2 cups water, 1 cup mixed berries, 1 cup kale, 1 capsule Techui. You can also do a Google search and find a ton that match your taste buds!

    Hello Tamyka,
I’ve been using the TLC products for a while now, at first I used the HCG2 drops with the strict diet, which gave some of the results expected, not all, but that’s because some days I wasn’t either as strict or maybe I stumbled upon something that I thought was on the list that may have not been there at all in the first place, anyways after a friend’s advice I switched over to Resolution so I could try and see the changes and yes luckily I did drop quite a few pounds from then to now, so I corrected that behavior already (about 3-4 months period and about 40 pounds down now); after I finished my last bottle (40 days ago) I decided to give it a quick break in order to try to recover muscle mass I may have neglected with the low intake of calories and the workout time I had, since I had noticed that those areas such as lower abs and pelvic area plus the underarm areas were not firm at all (I’d been overweight for most of my lifetime) currently I’m taking proteins as well along with an energizer to try to boost me up right before going to gym (before, during the Resolution, there were quite a few times that I felt like I didn’t have enough energy to carry on, nowadays I do, once before I do also remember reading an article on giving it a break from bottle to bottle to recharge on vitamins and other necessary components in your diet, and stuff) but I’ve maintained the weight I had reached before without drastically gaining or losing, I’m guessing the protein shake is helping gain muscle mass during my workout times which is getting rid of some fat, hence keeping it at the same weight just different BMI, my question is: given that I’m going to try to finish that period of grace I’d given it to readjust and gain muscle, I want to know if I can start my next period of resolution including a protein meal replacement such as ISOPure Zero Carb (label says 200 cals per serving no carb or sugars added) along with my workout time that now has become regular and one full meal as such:

Breakfast: ISOPure Zero Carb as a meal
Lunch: Vegetables and chicken and a kind of fruit (I work on a ship so the choices are limited, maybe some raw vegetables and mostly grilled chicken, and some fruits, any restrictions on fruits or veggies? What amount should I have of each if those are the choices I have- I don’t have much access to cook my meals)
Dinner: ISOPure Zero Carb as a meal

Also can I take the drops before these proteins shakes? Since they’ll be replacing a meal? And just for digestion, can I add extra fiber to my lunchtime, such as flax seeds, or other kinds of seeds? I usually drink about 3L of water a day, and workout about 1000 cals off(cardio, pilates, ballet stretches, little bit of weight, not extreme though) 4 or 5 times a week, though some weeks I do give myself some time to rest my body too, sometimes if I get a little hungry I eat a few pecans, walnuts or almonds without exceeding it, or , during this period of grace, some protein high, fat/sugar free quark with a little bit of grains, is any of this not allowed, I’ve been trying my best to read my labels, but has this been alright? What kind of plan do you think I should do next:
    Age:28 Height: 5’4’’ Female
    Initial weight: 195 lbs
    4 months later: 155 lbs
Next and final target: 135/140lbs – skin toning(with curves, not ultra skinny though)
I mostly set this target because I want to tone my body the most I can without losing workout regularity and still maintaining muscle mass also without losing energy, do you think I can do the meal plan I suggested up there, taking the drops and maybe NRG before workout times? Could it be too extreme? What extra suggestions/additions/changes do you recommend? I’d like to know before going too extreme. Thanks, I know the question is very long, Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you are doing everything right! Your meal plan sound fine. You are snacking on good fats and flax seeds are great as well. I would suggest that you also include the Nutraburst liquid vitamin daily. It will help replenish your body of any nutrients you lose, and give you more energy as well. If you are working out that much, you will definitely need to replace those burned calories with meals/shakes. You can definitely take the NRG before workouts. The Techui also helps with building muscle mass as well and is a great source of protein too. I encourage you to keep up the great work…you are doing it right!

One clarification I’d like to make is about coffee. The Resolution diet PDF says we can consume black coffee and plain black or green tea. One of your responses said Delgado coffee. Is that the only coffee allowed?
Also, what are the recommended portion sizes for fruits, veggies, cheese, and quinoa?

No, you can also have black coffee any brand. The Delgada is our coffee allowed on Resolution. 1/2-1 cup portion for fruit veggies is fine. Quinoa I’d say about 1/4 cup and cheese in moderation.

My other concern is with mixing food types (carbs, proteins, etc). Is there a limit? For instance, could I use blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries in a smoothie, then have an apple as a snack later in the day? Or can I have eggs and 1/4 cup of yogurt with blueberries? My calorie intake is low, but I’m concerned that I’m mixing too many types of foods.
Lastly, what is the maximum amount of stevia packets I can have in a day? I find that I need a lot more stevia than I did Splenda, but don’t want to over do it.

There is no limit. The great thing with Resolution is that you can really eat a lot of foods, and mix them how you please as long as you avoid sugar, flour, fried foods and chocolate. What is important is making sure you are consuming enough calories, and drinking plenty of water. There is really no specific amount of stevia packs, but I wouldn’t use more than 4-5 a day.

Hello. I’m starting my resolution drops today. So from what I’m reading on this thread is that the approved food list is just a basic guideline?
Some questions to help me verify that…
Healthy fats (avacado, coconut oil, almonds, etc. are okay to use?
    What about butter?
And you can cook/bake using coconut flour and almond flour?
    Thank you!

Thank you so much for stating how many calories one should eat if they are exercising. That cleared up a lot for me. I plan on sticking with the drops until I reach my goal weight. I have 160 lbs to lose. Do you recommend something else in addition to the drops, exercise and staying within my calories to do?

I have obeyed all the rules n restrictions and I drink lots of water but still haven’t noticed a change on the scale . I feel like giving up on the resolution drops and goin back to my usual diet and work out . Feel so sad . I thought it says I would lose 1-3 pounds a day but I haven’t lost a pound

Quinoa is fine. NO sugar/added sugar. Read the ingredients in the cream cheese, watch for high carbs. If the sparkling water doesn’t have any sugar, you’re fine! Vinaigrette dressings are fine.

This is my first day doing the resolution drops and I had a couple of questions. 1. Are you restricted to only the foods on the approved list? Or can you eat other foods as long as it doesn’t have flour or sugar and I stay within the 1200 calories? 2. I didn’t see cheese or ground turkey on the list. Are these excepted?

And from the list it says 96% or higher for ground beef I brought 93% by mistake can I still eat it. And for low fat cheese how much should I eat, what is the serving size. Do you know of any all natural fruit juices I can drink. Also can I eat skinless chicken thighs and drumsticks, and turkey wings without the skin. Yes, the food list is just a sample of what you can have. The key is to read labels, including the ingredients. The beef you have is fine, you can still eat it. For cheese, whatever the serving is on the package and watch the calories. This plan is not very restrictive, as long as you avoid sugar, flour, fried foods and chocolate and stick to 1200 calories.

Also, there are no loading days. Resolution is pretty straight forward, making sure you avoid sugar, flour, chocolate and fried foods.

Check labels. There is a lot of hidden sugar in many products. Make sure you are eating enough calories as well, and drinking plenty of water. Stick with lean meats, veggies and fruit with low sugar. Stay away from processed foods, flour and fried foods as well.

Check the ingredients. If there is any sugar, than no. Also, you want to watch calories as well. I wouldn’t recommend using creamer.
